New patch update inclusive of new map game modes in Call of Duty: Mobile

Call of Duty: Mobile follows through a new patch update bringing in a new map, new additional game modes and more to witness in-game despite adding the latest Rapid Fire mode and Sticks and Stones as a limited-time event just a few days ago.

The main feature for this update is its new map, Meltdown. Reminiscing Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, this time it goes upfront to your mobile screens exhibiting tight spaces, good hiding spots and several open routeways establishing a fine medium-to-close battlefield. Alongside with the Meltdown map its featured game modes; Gun Game, Search and Destroy, Team Deathmatch, and more.

With Season 3 about to end, together with CoD Mobile update kicks off its new season, Steel Legion. Steel Legion would showcase seasonal rewards, new themed weapons, its battle pass that would offer CoD: Black Ops 2 character Lt. Commander David Mason and more to be presented as it intends to run from April 1 to June 1.

Easter eggs will appear in the battle royale mode and a first look at the scorestreak offered in the upcoming battle pass was revealed.

Together with the update, a lot of adjustments and tweaks are to be expected from bug fixes, balancing changes to some weapons and additional game modes such as the 2v2 Showdown and Gun Game: Team Fight.

The Zombies mode was removed from the game yesterday to make way for the two latest game mode additions. The developer will rework the game mode to release a better version, but that will be in the distant future.

So make sure to download the newest update with a good wifi connection because of its application size: a 1.6 GB update for Android and 2.1 GB for iOS players.
